My heart burns for my restaurant, my guests and my family. Everyday I am at the restaurant and decide on the menu, work with preparations or make food. In the evenings I make sure that all my guests are well taken care of and often come out and talk with them. Some evenings, however, I must spend with "La Famiglia" and at those times I leave the responsibility of the restaurant to my son ALessio who has been working in the kitchen since 2006. When he turned two, he received kitchen equipment, and could even then cook tagliatelli, ravioli and pizza.
Together we make sure that a visit to La Cucina Italiana becomes an experience to remember!
